Throughout his career Mr. Hauer has provided extensive business advisory services including; interim management, acquisition and disposition due diligence, profit improvement analyses and cash flow modeling, and the representation of debtors and creditor committees through a challenging bankruptcy process. 

REAL ESTATE ADVISORY

Most business, especially in the retail, restaurant, and manufacturing sectors, have a significant portion of their financial and human capital invested in real estate, regardless if the real property is owned or leased.   Mr. Hauer brings vast experience in evaluating retailers with large under-utilized real estate portfolios and directs his clients to successfully maximize value and reduce operation expenses. He was one of the first to monetize leasehold interests. 

 Throughout the years, Mr. Hauer has evaluated all real estate types and has provided the following real estate advisory services: debt and portfolio restructurings, market and financial due diligence, expert testimony, site selection, cash flow and waterfall modeling, and portfolio and project management during restructurings and bankruptcies.

H3 has entered into strategic business relationships with Stelaris Capital for our client's investment banking and capital needs, and Auction Advisors for our clients that would like to utilize the auction process to monetize all real and personal property.
